Lion Genetics Talk in Swakopmund

On 7 March 2023 William Versfeld, a geneticist based at Ongava Research Centre, gave a detailed presentation on the genetics of lions in northern Namibia. This is an ongoing collaborative project between William, Desert Lion Conservation, Prof Ralph Kuhn, Department Molecular Zoology, Technical University of Munich, Germany, and several other parties.
